Yes, most Kaimok pieces can be installed on plasterboard, brick, or concrete using the appropriate plugs for each surface. Each product's instructions include specific guidance depending on the wall type for a safe installation without needing a professional.

Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt. Contact kaimok@kaimok.com with your order number and reason; the product must be returned in its original packaging. The refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection at the warehouse, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
What happens if my order arrives with a manufacturing defect?
Contact our team with the order number and a description of the defect. If the warehouse confirms it is a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are covered by Kaimok, not the customer — unlike a return due to a change of mind.
What payment methods does Kaimok accept?
Credit or debit card, express payments with Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and pay in instalments with Klarna. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's official checkout.
