Payment

Where is my refund?

We process refunds within three business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may take a few additional days to process the payment back to your account. We recommend waiting up to 10 business days after sending the item before contacting us. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Kaimok products come with a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with European regulations. If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at kaimok@kaimok.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we will sort it out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. We also accept PayPal and Bizum.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you'd like to track your order history, save your billing and shipping details for future purchases. It's quick and easy — just visit our website and follow the on-screen instructions.

Where is my order confirmation?

When you place an order, we automatically send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there either, contact us at kaimok@kaimok.com and we'll look into it right away.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We generally only cancel orders if there is an inventory issue or if you have requested the cancellation yourself. We sincerely apologise if your order has been cancelled due to a problem on our end. We will always offer an alternative product and process a full refund as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short window between when you place your order and when we begin processing it. If you contact us immediately after placing the order through our contact form, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed. If that is no longer possible, we will ship your order and you can return it to us if you wish.

When will my order arrive?

Orders within mainland Spain and Portugal are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. For the rest of Europe, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal (FREE shipping), and most European countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, feel free to email us at kaimok@kaimok.com before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE throughout mainland Spain. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the cost is €4.90. For the rest of Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order weight. You can check the exact cost at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will keep you updated at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it through to dispatch and delivery. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking reference that you can use to follow your order's progress online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at kaimok@kaimok.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I return an item?

Please get in touch with our customer service team through our contact form. If the return falls within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our returns criteria, we will email you a return note. You will need to print this out and include it with the product packaging when you send it back. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping.

What do I do if I have lost my return note?

Don't worry. We send return instructions by email when the order is placed. Check your inbox (or spam folder) and print it again from there. If you can't find it, email us at kaimok@kaimok.com and we will resend it to you straight away.

My order has arrived but it is not what I expected. What can I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, faulty, or does not match what you ordered, please email us at kaimok@kaimok.com with photos of the product. We will respond within 48 hours and find the best solution. If you are simply not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a further 5 to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Installation & Technical

Do your products come with assembly instructions?

Yes, all Kaimok products come with detailed step-by-step assembly instructions inside the box. You can also find installation videos and guides on each product page on our website.

Technical Specifications

What is the maximum weight each shelf can hold?

It depends on the size: 30–45 cm shelves hold up to 15 kg, 60–90 cm shelves up to 20 kg, and 120 cm shelves up to 25 kg. Proper installation is essential to achieve maximum load capacity.

What materials does Kaimok use in its products?

At Kaimok we primarily work with natural walnut and oak wood, stainless steel, and lacquered metal. All our materials are selected based on quality, durability, and sustainability criteria, in keeping with our minimalist and artisanal design philosophy.

What tools do I need to install Kaimok shelves?

You only need basic tools: a drill, screwdriver, hammer, and level. All the wall plugs and screws needed are included in the package. Installation takes approximately 15-30 minutes per shelf.
